Buyer Meeting

This is where we record all the requirements either by email or zoom or face to face meeting & pull in all the information required with storybaord, artworks, measurement spec, fit samples & other details

Prototyping & Sampling

We develop samples in accordance with the requirement discussed over the meeting. This gets into multiple iterations as in when required and finally produce a PP Sample & proceed to the main stream production.

Sourcing - T&A

On PP sample being approved, we get to make production plans and speculate & reprogram the production process to acheive the best possible lead time & adhere FIFO mode of Line production.

PO & PFI

Once terms are agreed, we wait the order confirmation & PO to proceed make PFI as in when required.

Critical Path

Every first day of the week, we advise the status tracker to make sure that same page transparency.

Yarn Sourcing, Knitting, Softflow Dyeing, Compacting & Washing

Yarns are sourced vide from various A grade mills with compliances & best practises then knitted with mayercie or unitex SG to provide a precision weft without torquing, spirality & drop needle. Softflow dyeing is used with azo free dyestuff to mitigage less boon to enviroment & compacted by report to ensure that shrinkage is contained with industry best practises. Heatsetting, panel washes are done based on the requirements.

Cutting, Printing & Embroidery

Fabric is cut & sorted as the per the measurements & printed or embroidery is performed.

Sewing & Post production process

Sewing process, checking, Ironing & packing, Needle inspection is perfomed with required complaince.

Inspection, Testing & Dispatch

As per inspection & Testing requirements, Third party or internal testing & inspection is executed to meet the required.
